Thermal Fabrics

Textile materials are an integral part of protective equipment against the
various environmental hazards we face every day during our routine or work
activities. These include hazards from heat and cold, fire, chemicals, radiation,
ultraviolet light, microorganisms and so on. Protection against heat and cold
has been a primary task for textile materials for centuries. The increasing
importance of human safety and well-being means that textiles will continue to
be key materials in the area of protective equipment.

Thermal clothing; It generally consists of a mixture of polyamide, polyester,
polypropylene and elastane in certain proportions. In some underwear, certain
proportions of merino wool are also used. Various weaving technologies such
as single yarn, double yarn or double layer developed by manufacturers are
used. In addition, manufacturers ensure that their products are anti-bacterial
or highly insulated by using patented technologies.

The polyester in the fabric increases the fast transfer of moisture and the fast
drying feature of the fabric.

Viscose fiber is a natural fiber made from cellulose. Thanks to the specially
produced and special cross-section viscose fibers in its thermal products,

thermal insulation and liquid discharge rate are high. In addition, thanks to
these special fibers, thermal products have a natural softness.
Our company produces viloft/ polyester – viscose / polyester and wool / cotton
– wool / silk mixed thermal fabrics.
